At Eelp!, we value privacy above all else and it is part of our business. At Eelp,! our customers delegate to us their personal needs to avoid having to manage them personally, and we take care of it.
For this reason, we will not share phone numbers or e-mail addresses of our customers with our providers, unless the client expressly requests for us to do so. If we manage a home service or the purchase of a product, Eelp! will only share with the professional or the company providing it; the customer’s name and address necessary for the provision of that service or purchase.
Payments made to Eelp! providers will not be made with the customer’s credit card. Once the request for the purchase of a product or a service management has been done, the customer pays Eelp! through the mobile app, and we then pay for the service or product contracted on behalf of the customer to the supplier. Eelp! is responsible for collecting bills from suppliers and forwarding them to the client.
We operate in this way because we believe that centralizing the efforts and acting as sole interlocutor for multiple services is key to providing our service, helping our customers to have an easier and more comfortable life.
